Frances Moran qualified as a physiotherapist from Trinity College Dublin in 1997 and went on to achieve a Masters in Sports medicine at Trinity. She has worked to the Irish Rugby Football Union for seven years (six in a full time capacity). Her chief role was as the physiotherapist to the Leinster senior squad. She also worked during this period with the Irish Senior rugby team and "A" rugby teams, Irish under 19's, Irish universities and had a role in educating club coaches in injury prevention and management. She also worked in a number of hospitals, private clinics and with various other sports teams and bodies. She lectured in the Royal College of Surgeon's on a part time basis for one academic year. She is also a guest lecturer on the Master's in Sports Medicine course in Trinity College and has lectured on the Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in University College Dublin.


She currently runs her own business in Dublin city centre which she established two years ago. Bodyworks Physiotherapy is located at 93, Lower Baggot Street. The clinic focuses on physiotherapy incorporated with sports rehabilitation techniques and the Pilates philosophy to help rehabilitate her clients.
